All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be advised by email and given a full refund.
Delivery is charged at the published rate for the UK mainland only.
Deliveries will normally be made within 10 working days. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available.
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please provide details by email to the address given in the Contacts section of the Info web page. In the case of non-delivery please wait 10 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt on our Order Enquiry telephone number. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (at the customer’s expense) within 7 working days beginning with the day after receipt and we will refund your money, providing it is in its original packaging with any accessories, unsoiled and unused. Any faulty and/or damaged goods supplied should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with full and precise details as to the nature of any fault in writing. The customer must in those circumstances produce the faulty or damaged goods so as to enable the supplier/manufacturer to inspect and test the same. In that event, any faulty or damaged goods will be repaired or replaced at the request of the customer or alternatively in the event that the customer so elects the monies paid in respect thereof shall be credited to the customer. Please note that no claim of faulty or damaged goods will be considered by the supplier after the expiration of 28 days and/or in the event that damaged goods are not returned as requested. We will reimburse postage charges for justified claims subject to receipt of the goods in the original packaging and including any accessories. Proof of postage charges incurred will be required.
All sales are final. The Company does not trade on a sale or return basis. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the date of receipt, provided they are used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it is designed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.
